As players move through the Player Development Pathway (PDP), they enter the second phase of the Academy that focuses on preparing these young people for careers in the professional game.
This phase is split into two components and is supported with the same resources and infrastructure as the U13-U16 phase.
For players still to graduate high school, training takes place four times weekly in the evenings with teams competing in Senior NPL competitions.
The U21 team, which is made up of players who have graduated high school, attend daily training on a full-time basis.
This group are working towards transitioning to our professional team whilst being supported, should they wish, in their pursuits for further education.
The U21 team compete year-round across the Foxtel National Youth League and PS4 NPL competition.
