A founding member of the Hyundai A-League, Melbourne Victory Football Club have been at the forefront of professional football in Australia since 2005.

Further success isn’t achieved by looking backwards, however, nor can it be realised without a strong development ethos.

Via the Melbourne Victory Academy, it is the Club’s ambition to establish a player development pathway that places the Club at the forefront of talent development in Australia and Asia.

Underpinned by state-wide Pre-Academy Centres, the Melbourne Victory Academy will seek to support the development of players at junior level and supplement their football journey with specialist coaching and teaching.

It is our vision that players be exposed to a training environment that will nurture the technical,  physical, tactical and mental aspects of their game, and overall improve the quality of training and development in both Victoria and Australia, thus advancing the game for generations to come.
